The VITO XM fryer oil filter draws the oil directly from your fryer into its tank and filters it down to a fine 5 μm. This ensures that all particles, such as breadcrumbs, remain dry in the filter. The purified oil can then be easily pumped back into the fryer or disposed of. Thanks to its lockable casters and height-adjustable handle, the VITO XM is easy to move around the kitchen.

The XM is designed for operating temperatures up to 392 °F and offers maximum operational safety . An integrated automatic shut-off with oil level sensor and the stainless steel housing ensure reliable operation and a long service life . A heater is integrated for filtering block grease .
