SECTION 1 - FULL REFUND (IF APPLICABLE)
VITO Fryfilter, Inc. does not offer a full refund.

SECTION 2 - PARTIAL REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Partial refund applies for oil filter systems and oil testing devices unopened, opened and/or used. Return only possible within 14 days after invoice date. Shipping costs are customers responsibility and will be deducted from refund.
Returns have to be packed securely to avoid damages during transport.
To cover value loss, handling, sanitation and preparation of resale a restocking fee of 20% applies, which will be deducted from you refund.
Damages, major sign of usage and missing products are not included in restocking fee and will be deducted from refund separately. Product must be returned completely cleaned. If special cleaning is required additional $85 will be deducted from refund. Payments will be processed within 14 days after receipt of returned goods.

SECTION 2.1 – PARTIAL REFUND EXCEPTIONS
-Products from invoices older than 14 days
-Imprinted, custom and special ordered merchandise
-Any product not in original packaging
-Authorization for partial refund was not authorized by customer agent

SECTION 3 - NO REFUND (IF APPLICABLE)
Accessories, replacement filters, cleaning supplies and spare parts are not refundable.

SECTION 4 - EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, send us an email to info@vitofryfilter.com to get further instruction on the exchange procedure.
